Overview
BOE's 6th-generation flexible AMOLED production line project in Chongqing is BOE's third flexible AMOLED production line. The project adopts industry-leading advanced production technology. The main products to be produced from the new facility include full-screen mobile phones, folding devices (mobile phones, tablets, notebooks, etc.), wearable devices and other flexible screens and car displays.
Our Solution
HUBER & RANNER provided multiple MAU fresh air units with an individual unit air volume of 80,000m³/h. The MAU’s employed a high-efficiency EC fan wall solution, designed in close coordination with EBM Papst.
Design Points
| Energy-saving design of the coil with a special arrangement and the bypass air valve adapt to the changes in working conditions in different seasons; |
| EC fans with a brushless DC external rotor motor provides stepless speed regulation; |
| EC fan wall provides high-efficiency energy-saving operation, and each fan has independent speed control; |
| The four high-efficiency heat exchange coils are used in different working conditions; |
| 3-stage air filtration ensures on-spec air cleanliness; |
| The water-washing sprayer with high-efficiency humidification provides highly efficient air purification and AMC removal. |
