Overview
Volkswagen Group established the world's first pure electric vehicle factory in China. HUBER & RANNER and Volkswagen Group once again cooperated to provide equipment for SAIC Volkswagen MEB project-120JPH joint paint shop.
Our Solution
HUBER & RANNER provided 34 AHU’s for this project, comprising 26 supply units and 8 exhaust units, with a total air volume of 3.63 million m³/h. All units with air volume greater than 50,000 m³/h adopt the rugged T-CASE casing structure, and the rest adopt Y-CASE structure. The AHU’s in the spot filling line and paint shop adopt HUBER & RANNER's high-efficiency KVS run-around coil heat recovery system, utilizing the temperature difference between exhaust air and fresh air to recover energy, saving users significant running costs.
