Overview
Infineon's third factory project in Kulim, Malaysia included a total investment of more than RM 8 billion. It will manufacture third-generation semiconductor silicon carbide and gallium nitride products and is expected to be completed and put into production in the third quarter of 2024.
Our Solution
HUBER & RANNER provided 17 MAU fresh air units to the project, delivering a total air volume of 2.72 million m3/h.
