The laboratory building of this project is built as a transitional site for the Shenzhen Bay Laboratory. It covers research laboratories in multiple fields, cell rooms, operating rooms, biosafety laboratories, animal rooms and other facilities, aiming to attract top global talents.

HUBER & RANNER provided a full set of air purification solutions for all laboratory critical areas from the first floor to the twenty-first floor. All air handling units adopt 100% fresh air operation mode to guarantee the indoor air quality and prevent recirculation of harmful contaminants in the exhaust air.
